The following is an introduction to the fully automatic powder packaging machine: Working principle: Feeding: Powder materials are transported from the storage bin to the measuring device of the packaging machine through devices such as screw elevators and vacuum feeders. Like a vacuum feeder, it uses the principle of negative pressure to suck powder materials from storage containers into the packaging machine, achieving automated feeding.


Measurement: Precise measuring devices such as screw gauges and weighing sensors are used to accurately feed powder products from the storage hopper into the packaging bag according to pre-set parameters, achieving quantitative filling. For example, a screw gauge controls the amount of material conveyed by the rotation of the screw, ensuring accurate weight of the material in each packaging bag.


Bag making: The packaging material undergoes automatic bagging, heat sealing and other processes to form packaging bags of predetermined size and shape. This process is completed by a bag making machine to ensure that each packaging bag has a uniform size and is tightly sealed.


Filling: The measured powder material falls into the prepared packaging bag through the feeding port. During the filling process, vibration, stirring, and other methods may be used to make the material more compact and uniform, preventing gaps or clumping.


Sealing: After filling, the packaging bag is heat sealed using electric heating elements, ultrasonic waves, and other methods to ensure that the powder product does not leak. The packaging bag is then cut to a predetermined length using a cutting device to form an independent product packaging.


Output: The finished product that has been packaged is transported by a conveyor belt and enters subsequent processes such as palletizing and packing.

Feeding device: including various feeding equipment such as screw elevators, vacuum feeders, as well as connecting pipelines, valves, etc., responsible for transporting powder materials from storage to the measuring part of the packaging machine.


Measuring devices, such as screw gauges, weighing sensors, measuring buckets, etc., are key components to ensure packaging accuracy and can accurately quantify powder materials.


Bag making device: composed of bag making machine, film pulling mechanism, heat sealing mechanism, etc., used to make packaging bags of the required shape and size from rolled packaging materials, and perform sealing and cutting operations.


Filling device: usually includes a hopper, a guide pipe, etc., which smoothly fills the measured powder material into the packaging bag.


Sealing device: equipped with electric heating wire, heat sealing knife, ultrasonic generator and other components, it seals the packaging bag filled with materials to ensure the sealing of the packaging.


Conveyor device: composed of conveyor belts, rollers, transmission motors, etc., used to transport empty packaging bags to various workstations and deliver packaged finished products to designated locations.


Control system: generally composed of programmable logic controller (PLC), touch screen, sensors, relays, etc., it is the "brain" of the packaging machine, responsible for the automation control and monitoring of the entire packaging process, realizing functions such as parameter setting, fault diagnosis, alarm, etc.


Valve type packaging machine: suitable for powder materials with good fluidity. The packaging bag is usually a valve pocket, and the material enters the packaging bag through the valve port. The packaging speed is fast and the sealing is good. It is commonly used in industries such as cement, flour, and fertilizer.


Open end packaging machine: For powder materials that are prone to dust, have poor fluidity, or require high packaging accuracy, such as food additives, pharmaceutical intermediates, etc., open end packaging machines are more suitable. It first opens the packaging bag and then performs measurement, filling, and sealing operations.


Back sealed packaging machine: Packaging materials are formed into packaging bags through back sealing during the packaging process. It is commonly used for packaging small dose powder materials, such as coffee powder, seasoning, health product powder, etc. It can achieve continuous bag making, measuring, filling, and sealing operations.


Three side sealing and four side sealing packaging machine: capable of sealing the three or four sides of the packaging bag, with a beautiful packaging form and good sealing performance, suitable for packaging some high-end powder products, such as cosmetic powders, fine chemical raw materials, etc.
