Filling mechanism: The filling machine head is the core component that can automatically sense the position and height of the container, work according to the preset filling amount, and automatically stop when the material in the container reaches the set amount, ensuring the accuracy of the filling amount.

Container conveying system: composed of conveyor belts, rollers, bottle pushers, etc., used to transport empty containers to the filling position and send full containers out of the filling machine after filling is completed.


Control system: It is the "brain" of the filling machine, which includes various sensors, relays, contactors, etc. in addition to PLC and touch screen, to achieve automatic control and monitoring of the entire filling process.


Cleaning system: Some fully automatic canning machines are equipped with an automatic cleaning system, which can clean the inside of the filling machine after production or when changing products, ensuring the hygiene of the equipment and the quality of the next filling.
